Session lookup
Calls POST /usage/sessions at your current scope -- real per-session rows (session id, start/last-seen/end, termination cause, bytes) for one device, RADIUS-CDR shaped. This is device (gateway) session identification -- the real precondition for a future single-session CoA action, not the action itself.
